MINI BLACK BEAN BURGERS

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Chopped onion (your desired amount)
  • Flaxseed & water mixture (1 tbsp flaxseed to 3 tbsp water)
  • Seasonings of choice

Mix mixture together and shape to desired size burger. Cook in a pan till brown on both sides.

Enjoy with or without bun and with favorite toppings! 🙂
